You pick the time and date – we provide the place and everything needed! Each class includes two-hours professional culinary instruction and a three-course, chef prepared meal for all participants.

Private cooking classes provide exclusive use of our event space, customizable curriculum and personalized one-on-one culinary instructions. All classes are conducted at our state-of-the-art instructional cooking kitchen, following all COVID precaution protocols – ACA is Certified COVID Compliant

TEAM BUILDING COOKING CHALLENGES
Let’s face it, its been a rough year! Our Cooking Challenges offer a great escape in a light-hearted, competitive atmosphere. Participation can be individually or divided into teams. Mystery baskets with themed ingredients are given to each competitor and each is required to create a dish to present to the judges, with no recipes and no help from your smart phone, just your cumulative cooking knowledge and experience.

The Final Cut Challenge includes appetizers on arrival, 2-rounds of competition with 2 winning teams, a 3-course chef prepared meal (using the same mystery basket ingredients you had to use), and a commemorative trophy to take home.

VIRTUAL COOK-ALONG CLASSES starting at $125 per person
Connect your team virtually with our COMPLETE Cook-Along Class. These exclusive classes include two hours of professional culinary instruction where participants will prepare preselected menu items alongside a professional chef via ZOOM. This interactive class allows participants the opportunity to not only cook with a professional chef but interact with other participants – in the safety and comfort of their own homes. A variety of cooking themes and topics available or suggest your own. Flexible scheduling available. Each class includes a pre-class information session to assist in preparing participants for the class. Advanced shopping lists are provided to each participant along with access to a “shopping help-line” prior to the class. Technical assistance is available prior to and during each class. Recordings of each class and menu packets are provided to each participant following the class.
